Why is there a wait time to apply to jobs

I have received hundreds of emails from premium members requesting early access to jobs.

We put a lot of time and effort to implement this feature. However, now we are getting emails from non-premium (but paid) members suggesting that the wait is unfair and we are somehow getting greedy.

Why did we do it the way we did?

Giving early access to premium members was obvious and fair. So the decision to give them early access was easy.

But all premium members are not equal. Some pay 1 coin for premium membership, others pay 5000 or more. We could not treat both premium members equally.

That is why we give gradual access over a period of 2 hours according to the premium membership coins.

The maximum delay from the highest premium member to a non-premium member is just 2 hours. It gives premium members an edge without causing excessive delay for the student.

Here's how early access to premium members works

1. Find matching tutors for a post.
2. Find the highest premium coins from the matching tutors.
3. The tutor with the highest coins gets first access.
4. Gradually, all premium members get access according to the coins used for membership.
5. After 2 hours, the post is available to all members.
